Data reveals why U.S. life expectancy is lower than most OECD developed countries
The dataset 2017-05-US-HEALTH-CARE collects life
expectancy and
health/social-related spendings in 24 OECD countries. We found
that the U.S. has the highest share of GPD in health-related
spending, but the lowest life expectancy of the 22 developed
countries.
In this data visualisation, we will analyse this
phenomenon and speculate on its possible causes
